Turf-Type Tall Fescue is known as a durable, drought tolerant grass that is much more fine bladed than the tall fescues of the past. The improved varieties have a very dark green color and matches well with Turf-Type perennial ryegrass.
Perennial Ryegrass establishes a dark green lawn very quickly - within 5 to 7 days!
